I’ve spent over 20 years developing a career in technology, customer service and marketing. That puts me in a unique position to talk about how organisations can harness the power of content marketing for the benefit of their customers.

Many people come to me wanting to make greater use of the marketing channels available to them, to get better results for the efforts they make. Perhaps this is you.

You want more leads and sales but something is stuck in the process. Perhaps you are unsure which marketing channels will have the most impact. Maybe your content isn’t resonating with your target audience and so conversion needs improving.

It could be that your team needs extra support that you don’t have the expertise yourself to give.

My job is to work on your behalf, to help you and your team meet your objectives – increasing leads, increasing sales, helping your brand connect with your customers better.

A forward-thinking skeptic

Yeah, but everyone says this. How am I different?

I was recently described as a ‘forward-thinking skeptic’.

I am obsessed with trying new things and testing the many developments in marketing, but want to put any shiny new object through its paces before I recommend anything.

I also think there’s a lot of bullshit in the marketing world – these shiny new objects are often not the silver bullet to your organisation’s challenges. I offer a realistic, pragmatic view on how  marketing can help your business succeed. I say ‘no’ more than ‘yes’. Just because something exists doesn’t mean you need it.

I will be honest with you and tell you things you were hoping I didn’t. But always in a supportive way that has your best interests at heart.
